Delivery/Shipping

** Please note that online sale/shipping of our goods via our e-commerce site may only be performed within the free boundaries of the Republic of Cyprus. **

You have two choices of receiving your order either via courier or by collecting it yourself from a shop of your preference.

1) Pick-up from Hadjikyriakos & Sons shop
Choose the Hadjikyriakos & Sons shop you wish to pick-up your product, completely FREE.
The order processing time is 2 to 48 working hours.
Please wait for a call from one of our representatives in order to inform you that your order is ready for collection, before visiting the shop.  

2) Home Delivery
Choose Home delivery and relax.
Your orders will be shipped directly to your door using ACS Courier. They are a very reliable and professional company, and all our shipping is done through them.
Your order will reach you in 2 – 3 days and it is completely FREE.

All orders carried out before 11.59pm will be shipped on the next working day between the hours of 9am & 6pm. The courier will call you before delivery to confirm that you are at the address you have specified. 

You have the choice of two Delivery Zones created to better suit your needs in terms of when the delivery will take place based on your preference (Morning or Afternoon). These Delivery Zones are:
 
• Delivery Zone A (09:00 – 12:30) 
• Delivery Zone B (15:00 – 18:00) 
 
We deliver to most post codes in the Republic of Cyprus, but if your address is a little more remote you will be contacted by ACS Courier in order for you to collect your item from one of its 20 local ACS Collection centers spread across the island.

Home deliveries cannot be carried out by ACS Courier to these remote areas.

** A slight delay in shipping might occur during the periods of Christmas, Easter, and Summer. **

Installation charges 
In case the goods to be delivered require installation and technical skills, our warehouse will be contacting you directly to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery.
In that case only, deliveries shall be made using our means and an installation fee will be charged (see below).

Installation of Air Conditioning units
The installation of Air Conditioning units is not included in the selling price. The installation cost is variable and depends on the complexity of the installation (price excludes shipping charge).

** Hadjikyriakos & Sons offers 2 years guarantee on air conditioning units given that qualified technicians of our company carry out the installation.  
If a customer decides to install the air condition himself or using a technician of his preference, and a problem occurs during or after the installation, the guarantee is voided if an on-site inspection by technicians of Hadjikyriakos & Sons reveals that an improper installation took place. ** 

Installation of White Goods (Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Fridges, Freezers, Dryers, Ovens, Hobs, etc)
The installation of White Goods is not included in the selling price. 
The installation cost is variable and depends on the complexity of the installation.
