6 stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners, illuminated control knobs, 6 reversible heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids, stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ cooking
system, and electronic ignition. The S 690 IR features 9mm stainless steel rod cooking grids and a powerful infrared side burner.
